At USA Seeds Source, we aim to provide high-quality seeds and products to our customers. We understand that there may be circumstances where a return or exchange is necessary.
Eligible Products
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided that the products are in new condition.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Methods
- In-Store: Visit any of our retail locations to process your return
- Drop-Off Location: Drop off your return at any authorized location
- By Mail: Use the return label included in your package to mail the product back to us
A free return label is included in your package for your convenience.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned products.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for products that are in new condition. The exchange must be initiated within the 30-day return window.
Seeds Germination Disclaimer
While we guarantee that all seeds ship in viable condition, actual germination depends on many factors including soil quality, temperature, moisture, and planting depth. Detailed planting instructions are included with every seed order.
