At Nursery Plant, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to offering a smooth and transparent return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we offer a 30-day guarantee on all plant orders. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive within 30 days of delivery, please send a photo and detailed information of the item along with your order number to info@nurseryplant.shop within 30 days of receipt. We will process your return and issue a refund or replacement as necessary.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Customized or Special Orders: Any plants or products that were specially ordered or customized cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Seasonal Items: Due to the time-sensitive nature of seasonal plants, we do not accept returns on these items after delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Contact Us: If you need to return an item, please email our customer service team at info@nurseryplant.shop with your order number, clear photos of the product, and detailed information explaining the issue. Only returns with valid and verifiable information will be processed.
  • Replacement or Refund: Upon review of your return request, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the provided photos and information.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Returns Due to Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • Other Returns: For all other returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is packaged safely for transit to avoid further damage.

5. Processing Time

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Replacements: Replacement plants will be shipped as soon as possible after the return request is approved.

6. Exceptions

Please note that plants that have been improperly cared for or exposed to extreme conditions outside our control (such as frost damage) will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
